I think that you have raised a very crucial point by stating that brand communication should in fact come from those in leadership positions especially the CEO. This will be effective as others in the company will realize that he truly cares about the objectives he sets out and ultimately his employees. We are currently working on an internal brand communication project that involves the CEO personally taking a sincere part in every aspect of it and one can honestly say that it is working because the employees feel valued and ultimately encouraged to fully deliver.</description> <content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Hi.
